About Becca
Becca G’s is a Saskatoon based singer songwriter. Her music blends country pop and adult contemporary genres, with raw storytelling, heartfelt emotion, and a touch of humour. Raised in small-town USA, she moved to Canada 20 years ago, where she built a life, a family, and a successful career as a founding member of Surface Hair. With an extensive background in the beauty industry, Becca’s passion for empowering women to feel confident shines through in her music. Inspired by artists like Taylor Swift, The Chicks, Sarah McLachlan and Pink, her songs explore themes of belonging, living in the moment, and embracing life’s unpredictability. Over the past several years, Becca has released a growing catalogue of original music including singles Firefly Sunsets, Torn, Ride or Die, and Gree Ride. Her song Firefly Sunsets earned national recognition. as a semi-finalist in the Unsigned Only Music Awards for both Vocal Performance and Adult Contemporary. Becca is currently recording her debut album with producer, Jesse Wieman at Nolita Studios and is set to release fall 2027.

I am honoured to be a singing star participant in the 2026 Singing with the Stars for Mental Health in Saskatoon!
How it works:
A local CELEBRITY is paired with a SINGING STAR to entertain the audience with an inspired duet. As the six duos compete, the audience shows support for their favourites by purchasing votes on an app for that purpose.
This friendly competition results in a presentation to the winners. This elegant evening of unique entertainment in support of mental health.
Help to end the stigma.
All funds raised at this event will benefit all the city of Saskatoon and area residents as they will continue to have access to the Schizophrenia Society's mental health resources and activities through our Saskatoon office.
Persons living with a mental health diagnosis will be able to take part in social, cultural, and recreational activities at no cost resulting in a sense of belonging to the community and reducing isolation. Families and loved ones of those living with a mental health diagnosis would benefit from the support provided by our staff and the Family Recovery Journey program.
Our Partnership Program mental health anti stigma message was delivered to schools, businesses, and the overall community 166 times to 4919 people last year. With the funds generated through this event out Partnership Program will continue to deliver these important messages.
